KNX do Brasil Guarantee

We offer warranty on the product only upon presentation of the purchase invoice, against any manufacturing defect that it may present within 03 months.

KNX do Brasil declares the warranty null or void if the product has suffered damage caused by misuse (fall, use in disagreement with the installation and operation manual, etc.), natural phenomena (infiltration, atmospheric discharge, etc. ) or for having been sent for maintenance to any technical assistance other than that offered by the company itself.

The equipment will only be received with the presentation of an Invoice. The warranty will also be considered void if the purchase invoice has erasures or modifications. After receiving the product, KNX do Brasil has a period of up to 90 (ninety) days to repair and/or provide maintenance and return the equipment.

The consumer is responsible for the risks in transport and round trip expenses of the equipment to KNX do Brasil. In cases where the product is no longer available in the company’s portfolio and is defective within the warranty period, the following measures will be taken:

• Replacement with another one with the same function within 90 days;
• Reduction of the value if the defect does not make the use of the product unfeasible.
