KNX Returns and Exchanges Procedure in Brazil

To ensure our customers’ satisfaction and total transparency in the process of selling KNX do Brasil products, we created our procedure for exchanging or returning products based on the consumer protection code.

Our customers can make their purchases, assured that if for any reason the goods purchased do not meet their expectations or have manufacturing defects, the exchange or return will be carried out without any restrictions, as long as the deadlines and procedures are respected.

KNX do Brasil delivers its goods within the entire national territory using national transport services, such as Correios and private carriers.

The freight is paid by the customer and its value is calculated automatically taking into account the type of freight chosen (PAC or SEDEX), the place of delivery, the weight of the products purchased and the cube (measurement) of the box. If the goods are returned due to absence at the place of receipt, the cost of reshipping becomes the responsibility of the customer.

For any exchange or return procedure, it is necessary to request through the form, within a maximum period of 7 days from the receipt of the product. We will not receive returned products without being informed of the occurrence in advance.

Steps for Exchange or Return

  • When contacting, please provide the following data: customer’s full name; request number; Request Date; name of the product to be exchanged and defect found, if you wish to exchange it for another, name and model of the new product chosen (in this case the products must have the same sales and shipping value); contact phone and email;
  • Return within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods;
  • Return the product intact, with all its original components, such as: packaging, insert, screws, etc.
  • Returned products will be analyzed by our service team according to the data provided to us. Once the problem reported by the customer is proven, we will arrange the exchange, with the values ​​referring to the return and resending freight being the responsibility of KNX do Brasil.

If any of the following occurs, refuse to receive the product:

  • Open or damaged packaging
  • Faulty product
  • Product does not match the order
  • Lack of accessories
