Hotel Bairro Alto Commercial Project in Lisbon, Portugal

Hotel signed by the architect Souto Mora and the office Bastir Arquitetura. Installer of Sotécnica (the Vinci group that owns, for example, the airports in Portugal), a reference of electrical installers in Portugal. As demonstrated in the images, use of great resources and KNX devices, with 7 KNX manufacturers in the same project with everything integrated. Use of various protocols in which KNX manages and sends information to third parties, namely via IP, Enocean and BacNet. The solution designed for this building seeks to optimize energy efficiency and the comfort of hotel guests. In addition, it seeks to make life easier for the building/room maintenance teams, for example, by displaying information on occupied rooms at various points in the hotel.
