KNX Returns and Exchanges Procedure in Brazil<\/strong><\/h4>\n

To ensure our customers’ satisfaction and total transparency in the process of selling KNX do Brasil products, we created our procedure for exchanging or returning products based on the consumer protection code.<\/p>\n

Our customers can make their purchases, assured that if for any reason the goods purchased do not meet their expectations or have manufacturing defects, the exchange or return will be carried out without any restrictions, as long as the deadlines and procedures are respected.<\/p>\n

KNX do Brasil delivers its goods within the entire national territory using national transport services, such as Correios and private carriers.<\/p>\n

The freight is paid by the customer and its value is calculated automatically taking into account the type of freight chosen (PAC or SEDEX), the place of delivery, the weight of the products purchased and the cube (measurement) of the box. If the goods are returned due to absence at the place of receipt, the cost of reshipping becomes the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

For any exchange or return procedure, it is necessary to request through the form, within a maximum period of 7 days from the receipt of the product.
